Salted Chocolate Caramel Clusters

Try spraying some parchment paper with Pam before you place the clusters down. Also, make sure they are completely cool before you lift them up!
Ingredients
  • 8 oz of pecan halves, toasted
  • 14 oz package of caramel candies, unwrapped
  • 1 tablespoon of  milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 12 oz package of dark chocolate pieces
  • 2 ounces of white chocolate, chopped
  • Fleur de Sel
