Grain-Free Pumpkin Bars I think you could sub mashed sweet potatoes for the pumpkin here and still yield a tasty result. She has a recipe on the site for making your own almond butter too. She also gives you the proportions to make your own pumpkin pie spice. Raw honey only.

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice*
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
