Tomato Tortellini Soup

Creamy Tomato Tortellini Soup~Didn't have the fire roasted or sun dried tomatoes so I just opted for a can of diced tomatoes. Served with a loaf of crusty italian bread and a side salad and it's a quick meal!
Ingredients
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 package (9 ounces) refrigerated cheese tortellini

  • 2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) reduced-sodium condensed tomato soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

  • 2 cups half-and-half (Fat free is okay) 
  • 1/2 cup chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes or two tablespoons sundried tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
